Residential Renovation and Extension

Complimenting the old with the new, this solid brick project won Epic Building Group the coveted Master Builders Award for Excellence in Renovation and Addition ($400k to $600k category). With stunning interior heritage fittings and a French provincial style kitchen, the addition also included a cellar, pool, home theatre whilst the existing loft space was utilised for 2 bedrooms, a study and bathroom.
