Commercial Restaurant Complex
This derelict warehouse, which was originally a cold store factory, was totally gutted to create 5 new restaurants with new facilities and rear mezzanine floors. This included removal of old cool rooms, concrete stands and major civil demolition. Working on a congested and challenging site, a new structure was built with new internal structural walls, grease traps, all new services and restaurant wet areas. Epic Building Group also also completed the fit out for 3 of the 5 restaurants.
