Residential Renovation and Extension
What started as a simple job of turning an existing lounge area into an ensuite bathroom, later became the complete creation of an large extension to the rear with pool. The existing heritage street frontage was meticulously maintained. Utilising the sloping block, a 2 storey contemporary extension was constructed with complimentary stone work to tie into the existing heritage building. We worked with the client’s desire to have a solid concrete construction to commercial standards and an Olympic size pool.
