Residential Renovation and Extension

The clients of this Unley property engaged Epic Building Group to assist with a Complete Design & Construction solution. A full renovation took place to the existing home and a new open plan extension added. We also utilised the "solid" components, the slab & walls, of the existing 1980's addition. The clients were very open to leave "the Builders" to do their thing , by merely meeting on site with Magazine pictures and discussing on site concepts. This project was one of Epic's favourite before & after projects, the home has been transformed to a very practical entertainer.
