Residential Extension

This project was for a new rear extension to an existing 1940s home. The project comprised a new living room and master bedroom with ensuite and WIR, also a new laundry patio and a separate new double garage. See plan in images. The external walls for all new areas is Metraclad (864) interlocking panel cladding in contrast to the existing red brick walls.

This derelict warehouse was totally gutted to create 5 new restaurants with new facilities and rear mezzanine floors. We also also completed the fit out for 3 of the 5 restaurants.

Existing heritage street frontage was meticulously maintained while a large extension was constructed to the rear with pool. Complimentary stone work tied the two areas together.
