Renovation & Extension
This project comprises a series of major upgrades and renovations to an existing blue stone/red brick home and the construction of a new swimming pool, an entertainment room with ceiling store room and an undercover BBQ area, all to the highest quality matching the original. The overall aim is to improve the flow within the existing home and provide a large entertainment area for the extended family. All changes seek to blend seamlessly with the existing character of the home.
This upgrade is based on Epic ‘Gold’ range of fixtures and fittings. The attention to detail includes matching Federation skirtings, and tessellated Verandah tiles and internal double doors in the passage way fitted with lead light glass. Note this projected is aided by a rear access lane and all services can be accessed from this lane.
