This contemporary single story brick veneer home with timber framing was built on narrow block with street appeal created by an off white panel garage door and white columns either side of front door. The colour combinations and mix of render and brick create a great modern look.
It has 4 bedrooms (master with ensuite), home theatre, open plan living/dining/kitchen area with 2 pairs of stacker doors through to the Alfresco area under the main roof. The single garage is also under main roof with an internal connecting door. This build also includes main bath room, laundry and small front porch. The kitchen has a butler’s pantry and an island bench to allow a free floor of traffic. All bed rooms have built in robes and additional ceiling fans.
The rear alfresco includes a natural timber look ceiling. In order to maintain privacy from neighbours, the house has ceiling level windows in bed rooms 2 and 3 and the contemporary theme continues with black sanitary ware, black guttering, down pipes and window frames. The pitched roof was designed to allow for solar panels to be fitted later.
All fixtures and fittings were chosen from Epic ‘Sliver’ range.
