Commercial Development

An exciting project, Epic Building Group have been engaged to fit out a full café and cycling gym within the basement of the iconic Heritage Grandstand at Victoria Park. As custom builders to the well-known Australian pro bike rider Stuart O'Grady (now retired) and former Australian rules footballer, Nathan Eagleton and their partners, our brief is to maintain the basement environment as a design feature. We have regular on site meetings, discussing materials and concepts and exploring alternatives to suit the theme. We have also been engaged by the Adelaide City Council, owners of the property, for acoustic and ceiling works, mechanical services and all works associated with these areas.
