Renovation & Extension
A total renovation and extension of a late 1920’s Tudor bungalow saving the key heritage features. Heritage tiles have been saved and reused and new tiles sought to match. All new windows match the existing and heritage red bricks match the old. The rear roof line will substantially altered to match in with the front and maintain the high ceiling levels throughout.
Taking the old and blending seamlessly with the convenience of the new. The new rear extension includes a substantial cellar, new formal lounge, dining, kitchen with walk in pantry and new living room. A new bathroom with toilet, powder room, laundry and alfresco area under the main roof complete the new living space.
A unique addition to the property, a substantial cellar with entrance stairs down from the main passageway.
