Group Re-Development

Epic Building Group took on the challenge of converting this heritage railway tower, which had previously housed an industrial laundry, into 5 levels housing 2 bedroom apartments with an internal lift. The existing structure and walls remained however the roof and floors were removed and the basement dug down deeper. This was a very challenging project which most builders would walk away from. The owner was totally amazed with the outcome and the builders. Epic Building Group had to adapt the plans as they progressed to suit the impracticality of utilising the existing building.
