In 2019 this home was extended by Epic Building Group to the rear to include a new Main Bedroom with Ensuite, Bathroom, Laundry, Dining, Living and Decking. The existing home was also renovated and upgraded. Externally a new pool and spa were also included.

This derelict warehouse was totally gutted to create 5 new restaurants with new facilities and rear mezzanine floors. We also also completed the fit out for 3 of the 5 restaurants.
